MAGNOLIA RIDGE BMX TRACK

BMX has been missing in central Mississippi for close to 8 years after the closing of the Clinton Optimist BMX track. After 2 years of negotiating with the City of Ridgeland, we were able to secure 6 acres on N.E. Madison Drive to build a new, national calibur BMX facility. Bringing in the expertise of the ABA and their outstanding track designing and building department, Magnolia Ridge BMX broke ground in April of 2009. This facility is being built and operated by individuals who have been around BMX for the better part of 30 years average each.

THE MISSION

Magnolia Ridge BMX has a purpose in the community. Reaching out to the youth and adults alike looking for a sport that builds self-confidence, rewards hard work and determination. Magnolia Ridge BMX offers something no other sport in the area has, unlimited potential to succeed on a national level at any age! The sport of BMX is a family affair, from the age class of 5 and under, to the vet class 40 and over, including all age groups for girls and women alike. Magnolia Ridge BMX offers a fun, safe, family environment that promotes a healthy, exercise filled lifestyle. What better way to get the kids out for some fun and exercise than to get on the track and pedal to a trophy finish?! After your moto, stop by the concession stand and grab a healthy snack and a drink, then sit back and watch your friends and your friends children race it out to the finish line.
